You can purchase a ticket for most of our events through our box office online, by telephone 01427 675655, or in person up to 45 minutes prior to a public performance. Please note, that we are a Cashless venue, and only accept card payments.
Our cancellation and refund policy is simple and straightforward. Refunds are not allowed unless we cancel or reschedule an event. We offer the facility for you to protect your tickets with ticket insurance provided by SecureMyBooking.com for instances that may affect your ability to attend that fall outside of our standard cancellation and refund policy.
You have two main options to receive your tickets. You can opt for a free e-ticket which will be sent direct to your registered email, or you can have them posted to you for a nominal administration fee. We scan tickets on entry, so if you don’t have your ticket to hand, it is possible for us to search for your order when you arrive at the venue. We generally no longer offer a box office ticket collection facility. Tickets can be collected on the door up to 45 minutes prior to the performance starting. Please note we digitally scan all tickets, so if you don’t have your ticket to hand, we can search for you on the scanning device.
The venue is easily accessed by a ramp and is level throughout in most places. We have the provision of dedicated wheelchair spaces in our main auditorium along with an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities.
We have a well-stocked bar serving an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, along with a decent selection of snacks, ices and confectionery. Please note, that we are a Cashless venue and only accept card payments.
We have a free car park on site for a limited number of vehicles, including two disabled parking spaces. We recommend that you use any of the designated council car parks for your visit. We are situated in a residential area and so we ask you to be considerate to our neighbours when deciding where to park. As a result, we don’t recommend parking on the side streets.
