Gainsborough is located on the eastern bank of the River Trent, on the border with Nottinghamshire and the Sheffield City Region. The town is easily accessed from the A631, A159 and A156 and is located just 11 miles from Retford, 15 miles from Scunthorpe, 18 miles from Lincoln and 20 miles from Doncaster.

Lea Road Railway Station provides a regular service to and from Lincoln, Sheffield and Doncaster (East Coast Mainline, and Gainsborough Central Station offers a regular hourly service to and from Sheffield on weekdays and Saturdays.
By Bus
Gainsborough Bus Station is located on Heaton Road which has regular services locally as well as to Lincoln, Doncaster and Scunthorpe.
Parking
Trinity Arts Centre has a car park with 30 spaces and parking is free for our visitors. It is located at the rear of the building, accessible via Sandsfield Lane. The car park is monitored by CCTV cameras 24 hours a day.
There are also a number of other car parks located within the town centre. Visitors are advised to observe any parking terms and conditions.
