Accessibility At Trinity Arts Centre
Row A of our auditorium is fully accessible for disabled users. Disabled customers are also entitled to a free (or discounted) companion ticket if required. We welcome Guide Dogs and the venue is equipped with assisted hearing technology.
Customers who have specific access requirements are advised to inform our Box Office team at the time of booking.
Chilled Performances
We regularly programme a Relaxed Performance of our annual pantomime for those with additional sensory needs. This usually involves minor adaptations to both our front of house experience and the performance itself. Whilst we would love to offer more Relaxed Performances across our programme, since most shows are one night only and don’t usually come with a Relaxed Performance option, we have adopted the ‘Chilled Performance’ approach.
A Chilled Performance provides adaptations to the front of house experience only, and we have a limited number of sensory bags available for customers with additional sensory needs to use during a performance.
